Cathy has always been passionate about learning and working in educational environments, believing that education—whether formal or informal—can empower individuals and strengthen communities. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of educational roles, including educational technology administrator at the state and district levels, digital project director in educational publishing, course developer and professional development facilitator, adjunct faculty member, and webmaster for teacher resource websites.

She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies (C.A.G.S.) in Educational Leadership, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Instructional Leadership, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Music and Education.

Cathy currently serves as the Accreditation Compliance Officer at the Wilmette Institute.
