In the Transformative Approaches to Education course, participants will gain a foundational and experiential appreciation of the centrality of education in building a prosperous society. Participants will consider education founded upon several key ideas, including a nobility-based approach to students, how Bahá’í perspectives on education nourish material and spiritual aspirations, and how capacity building relates to community building. Participants will learn to read their reality in relation to an educational endeavor they choose and, together with their classmates, engage in learning about a pedagogy of social transformation in light of local and global trends in education.

This course is specifically designed to meet the needs and learning styles of young adults aged 18 to 30. While individuals outside this age range are welcome to express interest, priority will be given to those within the intended demographic. If additional spaces become available, we will reach out to those on the waiting list.
