Thanks to a Volunteer Nature Photographer

The Wilmette Institute thanks Glenn Franco Simmons, a photographer who specializes in shots of flowers and nature scenes, for allowing it to use his photographs in advertising some of its courses.

For the course on Tablets of Baha’u’llah Revealed after the Kitab-i-Aqdas (beginning on June 15), Simmons’ photographs will also appear on the Wilmette Institute’s Facebook and Twitter pages.

The Wilmette Institute feels strongly about filling its website and course-delivery system with images that delight the eye and stimulate the mind. Finding images in the public domain for illustrating history courses is not difficult. But finding photographs for courses on the writings of the Central Figures of the Faith is more difficult.
