Julie Iraninejad, M.Ed. is a Certified Positive Discipline Trainer who trains Parent Educators and Classroom Teachers for the Positive Discipline Association. Julie has a Masters of Education in Montessori/Early Childhood Education and has many years of teaching experience. She holds current state teaching certificates in early childhood education, elementary , ESL and bilingual education, as well as Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) diplomas in Infancy and Primary Montessori. She works as an educational consultant for the High Tech High schools in San Diego, CA and spends much of her professional time training and supporting teachers through classroom observations and consultations. She is trained in restorative practices, including facilitating restorative justice circles, by the International Institute of Restorative Practices. She is a Virtues Project Facilitator and has helped encourage and empower families and communities in character education for twenty years. She is a singer and a homefront pioneer in the USA. She is also a wife and mother of two precious children.
