Marriage and family therapist

Jacqueline “Jackie” Najafian works as a licensed Marriage and Family therapist who includes education with her clients whenever possible. She has joyfully practiced therapy for over 25 years. In her practice she works with couples, families, children, and individuals.

Jackie’s individual clients deal with many different issues including trauma, anxiety, mood disorders, and personality disorders. Working with families Jackie assists with numerous issues related to family of origin, blended families, and adoptive families. Couples’ issues include communication, estrangement, and infidelity. While working with her clients on these issues, she uses a Bahá’í-inspired approach and professional resources.

Jackie strives to meet her clients where they are. She assists her clients to figure out what success looks like to them. She takes a nonjudgmental view and allows clients to find the answers that best fits their lives. Jackie believes that when her clients apply spirituality, hard work, learning, and persistence, they can have the life they desire. Her goal with them is that they have a life filled with hope, love, gratitude, and joy.

Jackie has been married to her husband Shahram for over 30 years.  They have two amazing grown children that are the love of their lives. Jackie and her family live outside Charlotte, North Carolina.
