Sonia Vader joined the Wilmette Institute’s Transformative Leadership (TL) for Youth program in April, 2020. One of her many contributions as a Change Agent* is her inspiring series of heartfelt thank-you cards which she distributes to healthcare workers, doctors, nurses, ambulance workers, postal workers, and custodians and assistants at local hospitals.

*Change Agents are dedicated to personal and social transformation through applying the 6 elements and 18 capabilities of the Transformative Leadership Conceptual Framework.

Jessica Lani Kamál Kerr, TL Facilitator

Ms. Vader’s efforts were highlighted in a Concord newspaper on 27 May, 2020. You can also see more of her work and the work of other young Change Agents in the TL for Youth program by watching the video below.
