Web Talks Can Help You Take the Bold Actions Called for in the Five Year Plan

You have read and reread the February 25, 2017, letter from the National Spiritual Assembly of the Bahá’ís of the United States. Now you are pondering how you can affect the society around you and “present the unifying teachings of Bahá’u’llah” to your fellow-citizens. The Wilmette Institute’s Web Talks, available on its YouTube site, may be able to help. These categories can perhaps help you make choices:

Refashioning the society around you (The Universal House of Justice, December 29, 2015, par. 24)

History

“Study and deep reflection upon the Creative Words” / personal “transformation” / learning “to express” “profound concepts and to explore spirituality in conversations of significance” (The Universal House of Justice, December 29, 2015, letter, par. 14)

Categories are always fluid. Web Talks on history and on preparing yourself to participate in elevated conversations are all grounded in the Bahá’í writings.

Each Web Talk has links to: (1) a short description of the talk and biographical information about the speaker; (2) the Web Talk itself; and (3) many times a longer review article about the talk. For lists of Web Talks given in 2015, 2016, and 2017 Web Talks, click here, or consult the list below.
