Ted Brownstein is a Baha’i of Jewish and Christian background living in Lake Worth with his wife, Chris. He holds a Master’s Degree in Biblical Hebrew from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Raised as a cultural Jew, he became a Christian in college (without giving up his Jewish identity) and a Baha’i in middle age. He has served both Christian and Baha’i communities since 1970. Currently Ted serves on the Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is of Lake Worth and as faculty for the Wilmette Institute, where he has assisted with courses on the Hebrew Bible, New Testament, Judaism, Christianity, and the Kitab-i-Iqan. He is also the compiler of an Interfaith Prayer Book.
