Lil Abdo Osborn

Dr Lil Abdo Osborn holds a PhD in the Study of Religion from the School of Oriental and African Studies of the University of London, an MA in Women and Religion and a BA (Hons) in Arabic and Islamic Studies both from the University of Lancaster. She is an independent scholar whose research interests include esoteric and occult movements, Paganism and the alternative religious and spiritual movements in early twentieth century Britain. She has published a number of articles on the Baha’i Faith and her PhD thesis “Religion & Relevance:The Baha’i Faith in Britain, 1899 – 1930” was recently published.
